Before you send an enquiry
How model identification, quotation, shipping and after-sales work — the questions overseas buyers ask most. Anything not covered here, send us the model and we will answer directly.
Model & selection
I only have a photo of the old valve nameplate. Can you identify the model?
Yes. Send the nameplate or product photo (or the original model) together with your application details. We check the flow path, connection size, body material, voltage and seal configuration, then confirm a matching or alternative model.
Why are prices not shown on the website?
This catalog is built for model lookup and enquiry. Spare-part prices vary with configuration (connection size, voltage, seal material) and quantity. Add the models to your inquiry list and submit it — we quote per enquiry.
Are all listed models in stock?
The pages support model lookup and enquiry and do not confirm stock. Availability, lead time and final configuration are confirmed item by item with the quotation. Specifications shown are for reference.
Can you supply an alternative instead of the original part?
Yes. Share the original model plus medium, pressure, temperature and voltage. We will propose alternatives and list the differences you should confirm — connections, seal material or performance data.
Quotation & payment
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most standard models can be ordered as a single piece. Some imported spare parts may carry a minimum quantity due to packaging or supply conditions. The exact requirement is stated with the quotation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment method and currency are confirmed with the quotation. Bank transfer (T/T) is the usual arrangement; other options can be discussed for smaller orders.
Does the quotation include freight and duties?
Each quotation states its trade term (EXW, FOB, CIF or delivered). Duties and destination charges depend on that term and the destination country — tell us and we can include them in the calculation.
Shipping & delivery
What is the usual lead time?
In-stock items are usually dispatched within a few working days. Made-to-order items follow production and transport schedules. Every quotation includes an estimated lead time, re-checked with our production or supply partner.
How are orders shipped? Can I nominate a courier or forwarder?
We ship by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air and sea freight. You may nominate a carrier, or we arrange shipment through our forwarder using the delivery details you provide.
Can you deliver to my forwarder's warehouse?
Yes. Send the forwarder name, warehouse address and any documentation they require for receiving goods, and we will deliver accordingly.
Documents & after-sales
Can you provide customs documentation?
Standard shipping documents such as a proforma invoice and packing list are included. If you need a certificate of origin or other certificates, tell us at the enquiry stage so we can confirm availability and timing.
What if a delivered part has a problem?
Keep the original packaging and labels, photograph the issue and quote your order or reference number. We check the dispatch record and propose a replacement or repair. Warranty scope and period are stated in the quotation or order.
Can we communicate in Chinese?
Yes — both Chinese and English are supported. Use the language switch at the top right; your inquiry list is kept when you change language.
Still need an answer?
Send the model, quantity and application — we reply to each enquiry directly.
