High-pressure solenoid valve · 2/2 normally closed · Pilot-piston
DEMA 453P is a 2/2 normally closed pilot-piston high-pressure solenoid valve with a brass body and PTFE seal, for on/off control in high-pressure spray and water circuits. Because the pilot port sits in a chamber separate from the piston, the plunger works closer to the top plug with greater force and a higher opening pressure. Differential pressure 10–1200 psi; an 80-mesh strainer is recommended ahead of the valve, and a DC coil must be derated to 900 psi.
